I think he ran away to get his mind off of the fact that he may be the reason why William and Justine died. I guess he figured that getting away from the people that remind him about his mistakes, would help him be less miserable. I think that its cowardly to do that. But i guess Victor doesnt have a choice because whats done is done.

To me why he ran away was because he wanted to just be alone and let his mind forget about it.

  8. I think that the reason why Victor runs away is because he is guilty, blames himself for what happened to William and Justine's death. I also think that he didnt have any guts to face the people that loved both William and Justine.

  10. I think he ran because he was guilty and blamed himself in a way for the murder. And he just wanted to be alone so he attempted to isolate himself by going up to the mountains.

  13. Homework: Chapter 9
I think that Victor ran away because he thinks that what he created caused all of these misfortunes. I guess he felt that he would get in trouble if the police found out he created this creature and it might have killed William. He should go and tell the police that he created this creature and he might be of harm to people.

  15. He ran away because he's a coward! And then he's sad too because of what happened.
